The Embassy of the Philippines in Berne, Switzerland, requests for quotations for the procurement of one (1) conference table for its conference room and twelve (12) linkable chairs for its Consular section.

Interested companies should comply with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Acting Property Officer, Mr. Abner Sto. Domingo at the 031 350 1717.

Offers must be received by the Embassy by 16 December 2019. ANNEX A

Technical Specifications

Procurement of Conference Table and Chairs

I.

Background

The Embassy intends to procure one (1) unit conference table and twelve (12) units of chairs from a reputable Swiss company.

II.

Objective

To procure one (1) unit conference table and twelve (12) units of chairs from a reputable Swiss company.

III.

Scope of Work

The Supplier shall provide the items with the following specifications:

Statement of Compliance

Conference table specifications:

  1. The conference table dimension should be 390 x 110 cm;
  2. The maximum height should be 75 cm;
  3. The table material should be composed of oak veneer;
  4. Should have a straight edge; and
  5. Foot section should be aluminum with black powder coating

Chair specification:

  1. Frame should be made of fiberglass reinforced shell;
  2. Color should be gray or black;
  3. Should have an appropriate metal attachment mechanism for it to be connected together for added stability.

IV.

SUPPLIER’S OBLIGATIONS:

The supplier shall:

  1. Be based in Switzerland, preferably Berne;
  2. Offer an online shop;
  3. Accept MWST or VAT exemption; and submit the invoice within 7 days after delivery of supplies.

V.

Terms of Payment

Full payment shall be made within thirty (30) days upon receipt of official invoice.
