NOTICE OF BIDDING (SECOND NOTICE)
The Philippine Embassy is inviting interested persons or juridical entities to submit bids for its old/defective furniture, equipment and other properties that are currently stored in its stock room on an "as is-where is" basis. Please see attached list for details.
Interested parties may submit a duly filled-up Bid Form (copy attached).
The obsolete IT equipment (item nos. 1-8) are being bided-out individually, whereas all defective office furniture and equipment (item nos. 9-39) are bided-out as an entire lot. Items should be picked up from their current location at the Embassy. A non-refundable bid amounting to a minimum of CHF 100 may be submitted to the Embassy on or before 15 January 2021.
