ON THE MAILING OF BALLOTS TO THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

28 April 2022 – Registered Filipino Overseas Voters for the 09 May 2022 National elections listed under the COMELEC Certified List of Voters (CLOV) for the Philippine Embassy in Berne are encouraged and reminded to send their ballots to the Embassy as early as possible, preferably before Monday, 02 May 2022.

Please be advised that only ballots received by the Embassy by postal service or personal delivery on or by the end of voting hours on Monday, 09 May 2022, will be included in the counting/canvassing of votes. The close of polls, per relevant COMELEC resolutions, is to be synchronized with the closing of polls for local voting following Philippine Standard Time.
