PH Embassy Kicks Off its 2025 Consular Outreach Program with Mission in Chur
03 April 2025, Berne - The Philippine Embassy in Berne conducted its first assistance-to-nationals and consular outreach mission for the year 2025 at the Balikatan Coaching Center in the city of Chur, eastern Switzerland on 29 March 2025.
During the outreach, a total of 31 consular services, including passports, notarials, civil registration, and dual citizenship, were provided to applicants.
The Embassy team was also joined by the Pag-IBIG Fund Milan Office and the Social Security Services Milan Representative Office, which both cover Switzerland. Forty-three (43) Pag-IBIG Fund services, including membership services, MP2 enrolment, and housing loan counseling; and 42 SSS services were rendered.
For the 2025 National Elections, the Embassy’s SBEI conducted an information dissemination drive and assisted registered overseas voters in the pre-voting enrolment.
The Embassy extends its gratitude to the DFA-Office of the Undersecretary for Migration Affairs (DFA-OUMA), the Filipino Community in Chur, and the Balikatan Coaching Center for their support to the outreach mission. END

An overseas Filipino takes her oath of allegiance under Republic Act No. 9225 (Citizenship Retention and Reacquisition Act of 2003).
Many availed themselves of the Embassy’s passport services during the outreach mission.
The Embassy’s Special Board of Election Inspectors assisted registered overseas voters in the pre-voting enrolment process
