The Philippine Embassy in Berne, Switzerland requests for quotation for the project "2020 Maintenance/Repair Services of Electronic Gates" to provide maintenance services for the Main Electronic and Small Service Electronic gates of the Philippine Embassy for FY 2020.
Interested companies should comply with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) of the project.
Interested supplies may obtain further information from the Administrative Officer and BAC Secretariat, Ms. Agnes H. Tuazon at 031-350-1715 or Mr. Abner Sto. Domingo, Property Officer at 031-350 1756.
Offers must be delivered to and received by the Administration by 10 December 2019. Offers shall be considered on the same day by the Committee. The Companies shall thereafter be informed of the decision of the Committee.
ANNEX A
Technical Specification
Procurement of Maintenance Services for
the Main and Small Electronic Gates

Background:
The Philippine Embassy intends to avail of the services of a Swiss reputable company based in Berne that will provide a year-round maintenance/repair services for its main and small electronic gates for FY 2020. |

Objective:
To hire professional services |

III |
Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall undertake the following: |
Statement of Compliance |
|
Regular maintenance services requirements for the main and small service electronic gates |
|
|
Provide immediate repair of the gates when needed |
|
|
Ensure that the gates are always in good condition and normal operation |
|
IV |
Contractor's Obligations:
The Contractor shall: |
|
|
Provide professional, duly licensed technician |
|
|
Provide equipment and other tools necessary to undertake the work |
|
|
Provide the necessary spare parts when needed |
|
|
Provide a point person/phone numbers for easy access when its services are needed |
|
|
Provide the services required beyond office hours if needed |

Contract Duration and Offer |
|
|
The Contract shall be for Spring, Summer and Autumn 2020 |
|
|
The Offer shall include a breakdown of cost |
|
|
The Offer shall be exclusive of MWST/VAT refund |

Terms of Payment:
The invoice shall be addressed to the Philippine Embassy in Berne, Switzerland, and should indicate that the same is for the Pest Control/Fumigation services.
Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days from receipt of the official invoice (send-bill arrangement) by postal mail. |
