INVITATION TO BID/ REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
Project: Installation of three (3) units of Split-type Airconditioners at the Consular Reception Areas of the Chancery
Location: Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, 3005 Berne
The Philippine Embassy invites bids/ requests for quotations for the installation of three (3) units of Split-type Airconditioners at the Consular Reception/ Conference Areas of the Chancery.
The works will commence as soon as possible with expected completion in November 2017.
Approved Budget Contract: USD 19,600.00/ Php996,464.00
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Three (3) units Split-type Airconditioners Inverter with 5.3kw and AC condenser;
- Condenser pumps, cable canals and other materials will be included;
- Electrical installation is included;
- Delivery and installation of the products are included;
- Cleaning of the venue;
- Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill; and
- Warranty/ Guarantee of at least 2 years of the equipment.
Bids/Quotations must be delivered to the Embassy c/o Property Officer, on 25 October 2017, that would include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company, business permit
2. Descriptions of the works to be undertaken
3. Duration of the works: date of start, date of completion
4. Final quotation or bid amount
