PROJECT : One (1) Year Subscription of Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus for Two (2) Users

The Philippine Embassy will undertake the abovementioned project by 21 September 2018.
Monthly lease of the software should not be more than CHF 30.00 (Php 1,687.43) monthly for a period of one (1) year.
The offer for the lease of software license (1 year subscription of Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus for 2 users) should include the following:
- One (1) year contract inclusive of maintenance services, helpdesk assistance and technical supports;
- Lease should include the software license (Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus) and system;
- Inclusion of onetime payment charges for initial installation and other miscellaneous fees;
- Monthly lease of the system should not be more than CHF 30.00 monthly for the period of one (1) year.
