REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

PROJECT :  LEASE OF VENUE  IN THE CITY CENTER OF ST. GALLEN, SWITZERLAND, TO ACCOMMODATE ONE (1) HUNDRED PAX, INCLUSIVE OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT, TABLES,CHAIRS , LABOR FEES AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES FOR THE CONSULAR OUTREACH IN ST. GALLEN OF THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, BERNE, SWITZERLAND ON SATURDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER 2018, FROM 09:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M..

Approved Budget of Contract:   CHF1,400.00

Place:  CITY CENTER, ST. GALLEN, SWITZERLAND

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1.  Lease of one (1) venue to accommodate 100 pax, inclusive of technical equipment, labor fees, tables, chairs and other miscellaneous expenses, from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.;

2.  Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail.

Quotations may be sent to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat on or before 21 September 2018, and must include the following:

1. Name and Profile of the Company;

2.  Description of work;

3.  Final quotation amount.
