REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - PEST CONTROL/FUMIGATION OF THE OFFICES AND OTHER INTERIOR PARTS OF THE   PHILIPPINE EMBASSY CHANCERY.                       

  PLACE          : KIRCHENFELDSTRASSE 73-75

CONTRACT COST : CHF2,600.00, NET OF VAT

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1.         The Company must be a registered Pest control agency which is located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne.

2.        The fumigation shall cover the whole interior areas of the Embassy

3.         Must be able to identify and eradicate prospective spots in the Embassy interior where pests and other insects could well-known to hibernate;

4.        That the schedule of the fumigation shall be executed on a weekend, during which the Embassy is close to the public and preferably during the month of   May 2019;

5.         Extend provision for MWST or VAT refund; and

6.        Payment shall be through billing system
