FILIPINO FOOD CATERING SERVICES (HAUTE FILIPINO CUISINE) FOR THE NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION OF THE EMBASSY OF THE PHILIPPINES ON 18 JUNE 2019
VENUE: RENTED CONCERT HALL IN BERNE, SWITZERLAND
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. The business establishment undertaking the aforementioned proposed Project should be located in the City of Berne;
2. The business establishment should provide food and beverage catering and related services featuring Filipino Haute Cuisine for 200 members of the Diplomatic Community and officials of
the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein in a Concert venue to be leased by the Philippine Embassy;
3. The cost should also include the following:
- )At least three (2) Filipino appetizers;
- )At least five (5) traditional Filipino dishes;
- )At least two (2) traditional Filipino desserts;
- )Various drinks and beverages;
- )Materials, including Kitchen equipment, tablecloths, napkins, glasses, plates, cutleries and tables;
- )Catering staff (i.e., 1 Catering Chef; 4 waitresses and waiters) and Kitchen staff (i.e., 1 Executive Chef; 6 Chefs; 1 Steward)
- )Set-up for the ingress (16h00) and egress (22h00) at the Concert Venue to be leased by the Philippine Embassy, including transportation of the food, beverages, materials, and catering staff.
4. Submission of quotation with breakdown from 27 May 2019 to 02 June 2019;
5. Bid price shall be exclusive of MWST/ VAT;
6. Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of official invoice (i.e., send-bill arrangement) by mail.
