INVITATION TO BID
FILIPINO FOOD CATERING SERVICES (FILIPINO CUISINE) FOR THE FLAG-RAISING ACTIVITIES TO COMMEMORATE THE 121ST ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROCLAMATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE AT THE EMBASSY OF THE PHILIPPINES ON 15 JUNE 2019
VENUE: PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN BERNE, SWITZERLAND
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. The business establishment undertaking the aforementioned proposed Project should be located in the City of Berne;
2. The business establishment should provide food and beverage catering and related services featuring Filipino dishes for brunch for 300 members of the Filipino Community at the
Philippine Embassy grounds;
3. The cost should also include the following:
- At least three (2) Filipino appetizers;
- At least four (4) traditional Filipino dishes;
- At least two (2) traditional Filipino desserts;
- Various drinks and beverages;
- Materials, including Kitchen equipment and tablecloths;
- Catering staff (i.e., 1 Catering Chef; 4 waitresses and waiters) and Kitchen staff (i.e., 1 Executive Chef; and 7 Chefs)
- Set-up for the ingress (06h30) and egress (11h00) at the Philippine Embassy, including transportation of the food, beverages, materials, and catering staff.
4. Submission of quotation with breakdown from 27 May 2019 to 02 June 2019;$
5. Bid price shall be exclusive of MWST/ VAT refund;
6. Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of official invoice (i.e., send-bill arrangement) by mail.
