LEASE OF A SUITABLE CONCERT HALL FOR THE PIANO PERFORMANCE OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ARTIST, DR. RAUL SUNICO, CUM NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION OF THE EMBASSY OF THE PHILIPPINES TO COMMEMORATE THE 121ST ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROCLAMATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE, 18 JUNE 2019
VENUE: CONCERT HALL IN BERNE, SWITZERLAND
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. The business establishment undertaking the aforementioned proposed Project should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, to facilitate easy access and efficient transaction;
2. The Concert Hall should have a seating capacity of at least 200 guests consisting of the members of the Diplomatic Corps and officials from the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein;
3. The Concert Hall should have a Grand Concert Piano, and should be equipped with the appropriate stage/platform, lighting, projectors, microphones and sound systems;
4. The Concert Hall should have adequate space (at least 200 square meters) for the cocktail/dinner reception, including tables, chairs;
5. The Concert Hall should allow the entry of food catering services to be contracted by the Philippine Embassy;
6. The cost should also include the piano tuning and practice session in the afternoon of 18 June 2019 prior to event;
7. Submission of quotation with breakdown from 27 May 2019 to 02 June 2019;
8. Bid price shall be exclusive of MWST/ VAT refund;
9. Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of official invoice (i.e., send-bill arrangement) by mail.

Transport and labor
- Extraordinary expenses for delivery should be not more than CHF 63/hour
- Delivery/removal van to be provided by the Company
- Delivery/removal of vans and trailers to be provided by the Company
3. Submission of quotation with breakdown from 27 May 2019 to 12 June 2019;
4. Bid price shall be exclusive of MWST/ VAT refund;
5. Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of official invoice (i.e., send-bill arrangement) by mail.
