INVITATION TO BID
LEASE OF A SUITABLE LECTURE HALL AND RECEPTION AREA FOR THE PHILIPPINE MUSIC AND CULTURE WORKSHOP OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ARTIST, DR. RAUL SUNICO, 15 JUNE 2019
VENUE: LECTURE HALL IN BERNE, SWITZERLAND
SCOPE OF WORK:
- The business establishment undertaking the aforementioned proposed Project should be located in Berne;
1. The Lecture Hall should have a seating capacity of at least 60 guests consisting of Filipino (notably 2nd and 3rd generation Filipino/Fil-Swiss youths) and Swiss nationals
2. The Lecture Hall should have a Concert Piano, and should be equipped with the appropriate stage/platform, lighting, projectors, microphones and sound systems;
3. The venue should have adequate space (at least 150 square meters) for the refreshments to be served for the Workshop participants and guests, including tables and chairs;
4. The venue should allow the entry of food catering services to be contracted by the Philippine Embassy and/or food contributions voluntarily given by the Filipino Community;
5. The cost of the lease of venue should also include the piano tuning and practice session in the afternoon of 15 June 2019 prior to event;
6. Submission of quotation with breakdown from 27 May 2019 to 02 June 2019
7. Bid price shall be exclusive of MWST/ VAT refund;
8. Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of official invoice (i.e., send-bill arrangement) by mail.
