The Embassy of the Philippines in Berne, Switzerland, invites bids for the project “Lease of Venue/Conference Services for the 8th Philippines-Switzerland Political Consultations” on 3 July 2019.
Bidders should comply with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Administrative Officer and BAC Secretariat, Ms. Agnes H. Tuazon at the 031 350 1715.
Bid offers must be delivered to and received by Administration, by 18 June 2019. Bid offers shall be considered by the Committee on the same day. Bidders shall thereafter be informed of the decision of the Committee.

ANNEX A Technical Specifications Procurement of Leave of Venue and Conference Services

I. |
Background The Philippine Embassy in Berne intends to Lease a suitable venue and procure Conference Services for the 8th Philippines-Switzerland Political Consultations, which will be held in Berne, Switzerland on 3 July 2019.
|

|
II. |
Objective To lease a suitable venue and ensure the procurement of professional conference services management for the 8th Philippines-Switzerland Political Consultations, which will be held in Berne, Switzerland on 3 July 2019.
|
|
|
III. |
Scope of Work
The Contractor shall undertake the following: |
Statement of Compliance |
|
1. Provide a suitable venue that can accommodate at least fifteen (15) persons and ensure the delivery of efficient and professional Conference Management services;
|
|
|
|
2. The business establishment should provide food and beverage catering and related services featuring Filipino dishes and drinks for the Swiss and Philippine delegations to the 8th Philippines-Switzerland Political Consultations.
|
|
|
|
IV. |
CONTRACTOR’S OBLIGATIONS: The contractor shall: 1. Provide professional Conference Services management for the event; |
|
|
2. Provide a suitable venue that can accommodate at least fifteen (15) persons; and |
|
|
|
3. Provide adequate personnel to oversee the event. |
|
|
|
V. |
Contract Duration and Bid Offer
The Contract shall be for 03 July 2019.
2. The Bid price shall include a breakdown of the cost.
3. Bid price shall be exclusive of MWST/VAT refund.

VI. |
Terms of Payment
Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of official invoice (i.e., send-bill arrangement) by mail.

Bidders should comply with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
