The Embassy of the Philippines in Berne, Switzerland will convene a Forum on Federalism during the Federalism Study Visit of Philippine Governors to Switzerland on Thursday, 21 November 2019 in Berne.  

Bidders should be based in Berne, Switzerland and would comply with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Administrative Officer (BAC-Secretariat), Ms. Agnes Tuazon at the 031 350 1755.

Bid offers must be delivered to and received by Administration, by 11 November 2019. Bid offers shall be considered by the Committee on the same day. Technical Specifications

Lease of Venue/Conference Services for the Federalism Study Visit of

Philippine Governors , officials of the Development

Academy of the Philippines, members of the League

of Provinces in the Philippines and other

officials to Switzerland

I.

Background

The Philippine Embassy in Berne intends to procure the services of a Conference Services Management for the Federalism Study Visit of Philippine Governors and other government officials to Switzerland, i.e.,thirty (30) persons.

II.

Objective

To provide full conference services for the Federalism Study Visit.

III.

Scope of Work

The Contractor shall:

Statement of Compliance

A. General

To comply with the conference services requirements pertinent to the Study Visit of the Philippine government officials.

B. Terms and Conditions:

  1. Bidder shall provide correct and accurate information in this Terms and Conditions; and
  2. The price shall be for the Lease of Venue and related conference services for thirty (30) persons.

IV

C. Observance of Swiss Government Regulations

Price Quotation shall be net of VAT (The Embassy will submit a duly filled-up Tax Exemption Form).

V.

Contractor's Obligations:

  1. Provide a suitable venue and conference services forthirty (30) persons; and
  2. Provide adequate personnel that will deliver professional and efficient conference and related services required for the forum.

VI.

Contract Duration and Bid Price

  1. The Contract shall be for Thursday, 21 November 2019 from 11:30H to 13:30H;
  2. The Offer shall include a breakdown of cost; and
  3. The Offer shall be exclusive of MWST/VAT

VII.

Terms of Payment

  1. The Invoice shall be issued to the Embassy of the Philippines, Berne; and
  2. Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days from receipt of the original invoice.
