Filipinos in Switzerland and Liechtenstein who have not yet registered as Overseas Voters are requested to file their application for registration while those whose names have been deactivated by the COMELEC Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) are requested to apply for Reactivation of Registration records.

All applicants who intend to vote during the 2022 National Elections at the Philippine Embassy in Switzerland must personally appear for biometrics capturing at:

Please bring the following requirements:

1) photocopy of valid Philippine passport, and

2) for dual citizens, original or certified true copy of the Identification Certificate or Order of Approval issued by the Post where they took their Oath; or,

3) for seafarers, a copy of the Seaman's Book or any other pertinent document.

Applicants are requested to note the following registration period:

1. 16 December 2019 to 30 September 2021 - filing for applications for: 1) registration/certification for transfer of records from the Philippines to the Embassy/Consulate; change of name due to marriage or court order/correction of entries in the Voter's Registration Record; reactivation; and change of address; and

2. 16 December 2019 to 16 August 2021 - filing for application for transfer of records from Post to the Philippine municipality/city/district

Filipinos residing in Geneva and Vaud are advised to contact the Philippine Consulate General at 47 Ave. Blanc, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland for registration/ verification.
