GCP Online Appointment System

Greetings from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)!

The CFO conducts the Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for Filipino spouses, fiancé(e)s and other partners of foreign nationals/former Filipino. Republic Act 10364 (“An Act Expanding the Anti-Trafficking in Person Act of 2012”) requires the conduct of mandatory counseling services for Filipinos in intermarriages. The GCP is also a requirement under the implementing rules of Republic Act 8239 or the Philippine Passport Act of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

In this connection, we are glad to inform you that effective 15 May 2014, the CFO will implement the GCP On-line Appointment System (GOAS) at CFO Manila Office (http://gcp-appointment.cfo.gov.ph/). The GOAS will enable spouses, fiancé(e)s and other partners of foreign nationals/former Filipino to conveniently schedule online their attendance to the GCP. Meanwhile, the CFO Cebu Office will still continue to implement the walk-in, first-come, first-serve basis (i.e. no reservations needed) for their GCP sessions.

In this regard, may we respectfully seek your usual cooperation in disseminating the aforementioned information to our common clientele. For your reference, enclosed is a copy of the CFO press release with updated CFO Manila-GCP schedules.

Kindly direct your queries on this matter to Misses Ivy D. Miravalles and Lucille A. Ronda at (632) 552-4740 and 552-4712 or via e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

We look forward to your usual whole-hearted support for the Commission’s programs and services.

Thank you and warm personal regards.

Very truly yours,
