PHL’s Bureau of Immigration now grants immigrant visa to Korean nationals in the Philippines
The Philippine Bureau of Immigration now grants the following immigrant visas to Korean nationals in the Philippines:
$ · Quota immigrant visa under Section 13 of Commonwealth Act No. 613, as amended, to Korean nationals who have investments in the Philippines or possess special qualifications[1]; and
$ · Non-quota immigrant visa under Section 13(a) of the same Act to Korean nationals who are legally married to Filipino citizens and to their unmarried children under 21 years of age. .
Qualified applicants may adjust their visa type within two (2) years.
