Effective 01 July 2016, all application for passport renewal of holders of green passports shall only be processed upon submission of the applicant with the following requirements:

1.  Actual MRP/green booklet;
2.  Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-authenticated Birth Certificate
3.  At least one (1) valid identification document; and
4.  Other support document as necessary (i.e, PSA-authenticated Marriage Certificate if married and using married name, etc.)
