The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Switzerland cautions the general public against dealing with the following entities which are posing as agents of the Philippine Government authorized to conduct procurement and bidding processes on behalf of the Philippine government:

            1. Philippine Project Award Commission (PPAC);

            2. Project Award Commission Board;

            3. Links Global Consulting; and

            4. Champions Court Global Business Agency.

The persons behind these entities, by masquerading as a Philippine Government agency and using falsified documents in committing their fraudulent activities, have already defrauded certain individuals.

As per verification with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), PPAC is not listed as a registered corporation or partnership entity.

The Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB), the Philippine Government agency responsible for implementing Republic Act 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) have issued similar warnings against unscrupulous individuals for using its name for personal or financial gain.

Efforts are in place to end these unlawful activities and the National Bureau of Investigation has been directed to conduct further investigation on the matter. For more information, please visit the DTI advisory at:
