Red Ribbon on Philippine Embassy Certificates

In connection with the entry into force of the Apostille Convention for the Philippines on 14 May 2019, the Philippine Embassy wishes to advise the public that it will no longer affix a red satin ribbon to its certificates of authentication and acknowledgment starting 15 June 2019.

The public is also advised that it will no longer authenticate Swiss and Liechtenstein documents bearing Apostille certificates issued from 14 May 2019 onwards.
