27 October 2022 – Further to Announcement No. 24-2022 dated 02 June 2022, the public is advised that the Embassy will accommodate “walk-in” consular clients or clients without prior appointment from 13.00H to 15.00H only beginning Wednesday, 02 November 2022.
The “walk-in” service will continue to accommodate a maximum of six (6) clients only on a “first come-first serve” basis and for emergency cases only. The Embassy will continue to render walk-in services only to clients falling under the above category with complete documents. The Embassy reserves the right to determine whether to extend consular services to clients whose concern/s do no not fall within the categories below, and to require proof of emergency from the applicants availing themselves of the walk-in services.
Potential walk-in clients are again advised to:

- View the Embassy website (https://bernepe.dfa.gov.ph/) and carefully read the information on Consular Services uploaded therein prior to calling or visiting the Embassy

- Regularly monitor the Philippine Embassy website and Facebook Page for updates

- Contact the Embassy preferably by email instead of telephone due to the high volume of queries and the limited number of Embassy personnel. The contact details of the Embassy’s Consular units are posted on its website under Contact Us.

- Follow health and physical distancing protocols while availing themselves of the consular services of the Embassy. Wearing of a mask is highly recommended while inside the premises of the Embassy.
The Embassy is open from Mondays through Fridays only, except on weekends and holidays.
