31 March 2023 – The Philippine Embassy in Berne encourages all eligible Filipinos who have yet to register as Overseas Voters to register at the Embassy to be able to vote for the 2025 mid-term elections in the Philippines.
Filipinos who are not yet registered as Overseas Voter in Switzerland are advised to register with the Embassy.
The registration form is available at the Embassy or via the iREHISTRO application which is accessible through the following:

- Shortened URL: https://tinyurl.com/ovregform1, or
- QR Code
Eligible Filipinos are advised that, based on the information in the iRehistro application, the “iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 form with QR code.”
The following are the requirements for OV registration:
- Photocopy of valid Philippine passport, and
- For those holding another citizenship, original or certified true copy of the Identification Certificate and Order of Approval issued under Republic Act No. 9225 of 2003 issued by the Philippine Embassy / Consulate General / Consulate where they took their Oath as a Filipino citizen; or,
- For seafarers, a copy of the Seaman's Book or any other pertinent document.
Filipinos residing in Geneva and Vaud are advised to contact the Philippine Consulate General at Philippine Consulate General at 14-16 Allee David-Morse, CH-1202 Geneva for registration/ verification.
