06 June 2023 – Further to its Announcement 09-2023, the Philippine Embassy in Berne wishes to recall the invitation of the Philippine Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for Filipino Overseas Voters, especially those in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and enjoins them to participate in the online survey that COMELEC is conducting to determine the challenges that they face in the exercise of their right to suffrage (vote).

COMELEC is conducting the policy study, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines, with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
