Overseas Filipino workers can still renew their driver's license through authorized representative while still working abroad
The authorized representative shall personally present to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) the follo~ing:
- Original driver's license and one (1) photocopy;
- Photocopy of the data page of the licensee's Philippine passport and the page with valid visa in a country where the overseas Filipino is currently working; and
- Letter from the licensee to the LTO requesting the renewal and authorizing a representative to renew the license on his behalf.
The amended fees and charges are as follows:
