𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 NO. 11-2025: Final Lockdown and Sealing of the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) during the 2025 National Elections overseas
The Philippine Embassy informs all concerned parties that the Final Lockdown and Sealing of the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) equipment to be used for the conduct of the 2025 National Elections overseas in Switzerland and Liechtenstein shall take place on 12 April 2025, Saturday, 2:00 P.M., at the Sentro Rizal Bern, Philippine Embassy in Berne, Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, Bern.
In accordance with Comelec Resolution no. 11061 promulgated on 13 September 2024, the Embassy's Special Board of Election Inspectors shall convene at the Sentro Rizal Bern, the assigned polling place, to present the OVCS before all concerned parties ensuring that there are zero votes and to seal the OVCS equipment assigned to the Philippine Embassy in Berne.
