The Information Technology and Business Processing Association of the Philippines (ITBAP) is holding an International Information Technology-Business Process Management (IT-BPM) Summit on 13-14 October 2014 at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel.

As the Philippines is the largest voice BPM market and the second largest BPM market globally, the Philippine Embassy cordially invites IT-BPM companies and associations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein to participate in the International Summit.

The Summit shall bring together high-level resource speakers, influential analysts, domain experts, and prominent officials from both the private and public sectors. The summit aims to present and examine pertinent global issues and emerging trends relevant to the IT-BPM industry through powerful presentations and compelling panel discussions.

The 2-day event will also cover subjects on industry innovations such as the role of social media in business, enterprise mobility, the use of big data analytics in human resources, and the gradual shift to everything-as-a-service. Global industry delegates will also hear topics on country brand strategies, the implications of the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community to the industry, as well as the expanding services of the knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) segment.
