INVITATION TO BID

Project: RENOVATION PROJECT- PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

               Location:  Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75

                               3005 Berne

The Philippine Embassy invites bids for the replacement of the flooring of its Conference Room and two small balconies in the attic apartments with ceramics, granite, stone, porcelain or any alternative tiles of durable materials. 

The works will commence as soon as possible with expected completion by end of June 2015.

Bids/Quotations must be delivered to the Embassy c/o Administrative Officer, on 17 April 2015, that would include the following:

            1.  Name and Profile of the Company, business permit

            2.  Descriptions of the works to be undertaken

            3.  Duration of the works: date of start, date of completion

            4.  Final quotation or bid amount

Interested bidders who wish to inspect the project site may schedule a visit with Ms. Agnes Tuazon through the address  and telephone number indicated below:
