Victims of human rights violations during the Martial Law regime can now file reparation claims by email 

 

In line with Republic Act No. 10368, otherwise known as the “Human Rights Victims Reparation and Recognition Act of 2013”, the Human Rights Victims Claims Board (HRVCB) gives opportunity to the victims of human rights violations during the Martial Law period presently living/working abroad to apply for reparation and/or recognition by email.

The HRVCB has opened an email account (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) through which claimants can file their claims. The application form and the list of documentary requirements may be downloaded from the HRVCB website at www.hrvclaimsboard.gov.ph.

Alternatively, claimants may visit the Philippine Embassy/Consulate General nearest to their place of residence if they wish to personally file their claims.
