Project: Lease of Venue for the Diplomatic Reception on the celebration of the 119th Anniversary of Philippine Independence, 16 June 2017, Berne, Switzerland
The Philippine Embassy invites bids for the Lease of Venue for the Diplomatic Reception on the celebration 119th Anniversary of Philippine Independence in Berne, Switzerland on 16 June 2017 from 1800 to 2100H.
Approved Budget Contract: US $1,200.00
Bids must be delivered to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat, must include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company, business permit
2. Descriptions
3. Final quotation amount
Interested companies may submit their quotations to Ms. Maria Gina Magsumbol/ Ms. Kathleen Llarena through the address on or before Friday, 12 May 2017 between 9:30 am to 4:30pm.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Spacious reception hall that can cater to more than 200 persons;
- Provision of technical infrastructure including electricity and lights;
- Provision of wireless microphone and speakers;
- Provision of security personnel;
- Provision of working kitchen (with sink, water, refrigerator/freezer, table, etc.);
- Provision of a separate room for wardrobe and other paraphernalia;
- Provision of toilets for men and women;
- Provision of coat hangers;
- Provision of sufficient time for Embassy personnel and caterers to prepare the venue from 1100H prior to the main event;
- Cleaning of the venue; and
- Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill.
