The Philippine Embassy invites bids for the Catering Services (drinks and technical infrastructures) for the Diplomatic Reception on the celebration 119th Anniversary of Philippine Independence in Berne, Switzerland on 16 June 2017 from 1800 to 2100H.

Bids must be delivered to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat, must include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company, business permit
2. Descriptions
3. Final quotation amount
Interested companies may submit their quotations to Ms. Maria Gina Magsumbol/ Ms. Kathleen Llarena through the address on or before Friday, 12 May 2017 between 9:30 am to 4:30pm.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Serving of Philippine delicacies for apéro, main course and dessert;
- Provision of waitering services for food;
- Provision of list of menu for consideration by the Embassy;
- Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill.
