REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

FOR: PRINTING OF PHILIPPINE EMBASSY'S STATIONERIES, ENVELOPES WITH DRY SEAL/LOGO OF THE EMBASSY, INVITATION, COMPLIMENTARY, HOLIDAY AND PLACE CARDS

APPROVED BUDGET OF CONTRACT: CHF 2,650.00/US$2,760.42 for FY 2017

PLACE:  PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, BERNE, SWITZERLAND

Bids must be delivered to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat, must include the following:

            1.  Name and Profile of the Company, business permit

            2.  Descriptions

            3.  Final quotation amount

Interested companies may submit their quotations to Ms. Maria Gina Magsumbol/ Ms. Kathleen Llarena through the address on or before Monday, 22 May 2017 between 9:30 am to 4:30pm.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1.  Business establishment should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions.

2.  Printing and production of the following Philippine Embassy's official stationeries:

    a). Letterhead stationeries;

    b). Note Verbale;

    c). Envelopes with the Embassy's name and dry seal/logo;

    d). Business, invitation, complimentary, holiday and place cards; and

    e). Small and high resolution coloured photos.

3.  Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail.

4.  Provision of MWST or VAT refund;

5.  Provision of discounts;

6.  The Embassy's Purchase Order Form can be stamped or signed.

7.   Payment shall be based on actual transactions/purchase.
