TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1.  Business establishment or depot should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions.

2.  Offers wholesale price.

3.  Offers cheap but good quality office supplies.

4.  Offers free delivery.

5.  Offers online shop.

6.  Provision of discounts.

7.  Provision of MWST or VAT refund.

8.  Invoices are received after delivery of item and has payment duration of 30 days.

9.  Payment shall be based on actual transactions/purchase.

10.  The Embassy's Purchase Order Form can be stamped or signed.

Site inspection may be scheduled anytime from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, between 09:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Quotations must be delivered to the Embassy c/o Property Officer, on or before 26 June 2017.
