PROJECT     :           DISPOSAL OF THE EMBASSY'S RECORD FILES

LOCATION   :           PHILIPPINE EMBASSY,  KIRCHENFELDSTRASSE 73-75, BERNE, 3005 SWITZERLAND

On August of 2017, the Philippine Embassy will undergo record files disposal and destruction through paper shredding. 

Interested companies that wish to inspect the records before submitting their quotations for the project may contact:

Site inspection may be scheduled anytime from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, between 09:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Quotations must be delivered or mailed to the Embassy, on or before 08 August 2017.
