REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
PROJECT : LEASE OF HARDWARE, SOFTWARE LICENSE, SYSTEM FOR THE MIGRATION OF PHILIPPINE EMBASSY BERNE'S
PABX SYSTEM FROM ANALOGUE AND ISDN TO DIGITAL/IP SYSTEM
LOCATION : PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, KIRCHENFELDSTRASSE 73-75, BERNE, 3005 SWITZERLAND
The Philippine Embassy will undertake the abovementioned project in third week of November/ first week of December 2017.
Monthly Lease of the System: should not be more than CHF 300.00 monthly or Php 15,723.71 for a period of three (3) years
Lease of hardware, software license, system for the migration of the Embassy's PABX System from analogue and ISDN to Digital/ IP System.
The offer should include the following:
- At least three years contract inclusive of maintenance services, helpdesk assistance and technical supports;
- Lease should include the hardware, software license and system;
- Inclusion of minimum monthly cost for landline/ internet connections which will apply only to standard local charges;
- Inclusion of onetime payment/ charges for initial installation/ labor fees and initial connection of the system;
- Monthly lease of the system should not be more than CHF 300.00 monthly for the period of three (3) years, excluding the monthly charges for landline/internet connections for local calls and internet usage within Switzerland.

Site inspection may be scheduled anytime from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, between 09:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Quotations must be delivered to the Embassy or through email on or before 14 November 2017.
