REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
Project: TO CHANGE DOOR KNOBS, DOOR LOCKS/CYLINDER OF THE OFFICES, CONFERENCE AND RECEPTION AREAS, RECORDS ROOMS, TOILETS; TO ADD HYDRAULIC AUTO DOOR-CLOSER TO CONFERENCE AND CONSULAR RECEPTION AREAS; AND TO DUPLICATE SOME KEY DOORS AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY LOCATED AT KIRCHENFELDSTRASSE 73-75 BERNE 2005
The Philippine Embassy invites bids/ requests the repair and replacement of door knobs of the offices of the Chancery.
The works will commence as soon as possible with expected completion in December 2017.
Approved Budget Contract: CHF 6,000.00/ Php 295,888.80
(CHF0.97=$1=Php50.84)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
TO CHANGE DOOR KNOBS, DORK LOCKS/CYLINDER
1. GROUND FLOOR
MASTER KEY GROUP (4 keys/set)
- Toilets at the 1st floor (Male & Female);
- Sentro Rizal;
- Kitchen at the 1st floor; and
- Conference room (Mabini room 2nd floor).
- Electronic lock using electronic badges (5badges). The door from the Consular Reception Area going into the main building. A digital lock should be installed. This door system can only be opened from inside the main corridor. People from the main Consular Reception Area will not be able to open it unless someone from the main corridor opens it;
- Comfort rooms (toilets) for men and women;
- Passport processing room (5 keys);
2. 2ND FLOOR
- Communication room (3 registered keys);
3. 3RD FLOOR AND 4TH FLOOR
- Conference Room (3 keys);
- Pantry Room (3 keys); and
- Right and Left Attic Rooms (3 keys).
4. BASEMENT
- Property room (2 keys);
- Communications room (2 keys);
- Consular Records (3 keys);
- Cultural room (2 keys); and
- Stock Rooms/ Property room II (2 keys).
TO ADD HYDRAULIC AUTO DOOR-CLOSER
- The main entrance doors (balcony doors) of the Consular Reception Area from the balcony (right side of the building); and
- Entrance doors (balcony door) from the balcony going into Sentro Rizal Room (left side of the building).
FOR KEY DUPLICATIONS
- The small entrance gate of the Chancery (5 pieces);
- Basement door (Finance) (2 pieces); and,
- Visa room (KESO 2 pieces)
PAYMENT CONDITION:
Payment should be on Send-Bill basis and after the services have been accomplished, payable within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
Bids/Quotations must be delivered to the Embassy c/o Property Officer, on or before 27 November 2017, that would include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company, business permit
2. Descriptions of the works to be undertaken
3. Duration of the works: date of start, date of completion
4. Final quotation or bid amount
