Project:  HIRING OF PROFESSIONAL TREE CUTTER TO CUT AILING AND OLD BIG TREE AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, BERNE, SWITZERLAND, LOCATED AT ITS RIGHT-HAND SIDE BACKYARD; AND TO TRIM BIG AND LONG TREES LOCATED AT THE BACK AND FRONT YARDS OF THE EMBASSY THROUGH SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT UNDER THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATION OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9184

Location: Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, 3005 Berne

The Philippine Embassy invites quotations for the following services:

  • Cutting of ailing and old big tree at the right-hand side backyard and to replace it with a new one (depending on the recommendation of the City of Berne)
  • Trimming of big and long trees located at the back and front yards of the Chancery.

The project work is expected to be complete by the second week of December 2017.

Approved Budget Contract: CHF 8,600.00/ USD 8,958.33/Php 455,441.67 

Bids must be delivered to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat, must include the following:

            1.  Name and Profile of the Company, business permit

            2.  Descriptions

            3.  Final quotation amount

Interested companies may submit their quotations to Ms. Kathleen Llarena through the address below on or before Friday, 7 December 2017 between 08:00 am to 4:00pm.
