TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- PRICE SHOULD INCLUDE CLEANING MATERIALS, CLEANING MACHINES, WORKERS INSURANCE AND SOCIAL FEES
- CLEANING OF 4 BEDROOMS, FOYER, STAIRS, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, TWO BATHROOMS WITH SHOWER, BATHROOM WITH BATHTUB, CELLAR, ATTIC ROOM, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, OVEN, WINDOWS/WINDOW BLINDS, AND FOUR (4) TERRACES
- GUARANTEE OF THOROUGH CLEANING FOR TURN-OVER OF THE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT
Offers/Quotations must be delivered to the Embassy c/o Property Officer, on or before 15 February 2018 at 1500H, that would include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company,
2. Description of the works to be undertaken
3. Duration of the works: date of start, date of completion
4. Final quotation or bid amount
