TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Business establishment should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions;

2. Supplier must use high quality materials in the production of the stationeries;

3. Supplier should be willing to design the Embassy's bar logo;

4. Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail;

5. Provision of MWST or VAT refund;

6. Provision of discounts;

7. The Embassy's Purchase Order Form can be stamped or signed;

8.   Payment shall be based on actual transactions/purchase; and,

9.   Free delivery services.
