REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

FOR : Philippine Embassy in Berne's office supplies and other materials required for its daily office operations, per attached FY2018 Project Management and Procurement Plan Schedule for supplies and materials;  

Approved Budget of Contract:  CHF$6,000.00/ Php 318,247.42

Place: Philippine Embassy, Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, 3005 Berne, Switzerland

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Business establishment or depot should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions;

2. Offers wholesale price;

3. Offers cheap but good quality office supplies;

4. Offers free door-to-door services;

5. Offers online shop;

6. Provision of discounts;

7. Provision of MWST or VAT refund;

8. Invoices are received after delivery of item and has payment duration of 30 days;

9. Payment shall be based on actual transactions/purchase; and,

10. The Embassy's Purchase Order Form can be stamped or signed.

Quotations may be sent to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat on or before 31 May 2018, and must include the following:

1. Name and Profile of the Company;

2. Description of work;

3. Final quotation amount.

Interested companies may schedule a visit with Mr. Bernard F. Bartolome through the address and telephone number indicated below from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, between 08:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.:
