REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
Project: HIRING OF PROFESSIONAL GARDENER TO CLEAN THE GARDEN AND SURROUNDINGS OF THE EMBASSY ONCE EACH IN SPRING, SUMMER AND AUTUMN FOR FY 2018
LOCATION: Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, 3005 Berne, Switzerland
APPROVED BUDGET OF CONTRACT : CHF 1,000.00 per TRANSACTION for FY 2018
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. Business establishment should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions;
2. Cut grasses and remove weeds/unwanted plants, clean garden premises, dispose weeds, grasses and dry leaves;
3. Provide chemicals to remove weeds/unwanted plants;
4. Provide equipment to cut grasses and weeds and to clean garden premises;
5. Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail;
6. Provision of MWST or VAT refund;
7. Provision of discounts;
8. Payment shall be based on actual transactions; and,
9. Flexible on required dates of cleaning garden.
Quotations may be sent to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat on or before 31 May 2018, and must include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company;
2. Description of work;
3. Final quotation amount.
