REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

FOR: HIRING OF A CATERER TO PREPARE FILIPINO CUISINE/DELICACIES AND DRINKS DURING THE FLAG RAISING CEREMONY AND BREAKFAST IN CELEBRATION OF THE 120TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROCLAMATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

Approved Budget of Contract:   CHF$3,800.00

Place: Philippine Embassy, Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, 3005 Berne, Switzerland

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Serving of Philippine cuisine/delicacies and drinks for breakfast and dessert;

2. Provision of list of menu for the consideration of the Embassy; and,

3. Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail.

Quotations may be sent to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat on or before 03 June 2018, and must include the following:

1. Name and Profile of the Company;

2. Description of work;

3. Final quotation amount.

Interested companies may schedule a visit with Mr. Bernard F. Bartolome through the address and telephone number indicated below from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, between 08:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.:
