REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
PROJECT : RENTAL OF ONE (1) FESTIVAL TENT (6 X 15 METERS), SIXTEEN (16) COCKTAIL TABLES (60CM, WITH WHITE COVERS), AND THREE (3) TABLES WITH WHITE COVERS (72X180X80CM) DURING THE FLAG RAISING CEREMONY AND BREAKFAST IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 120TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROCLAMATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, ON 09 JUNE 2018

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. Rental of one (1) Festival Tent (6 x 15 meters, inclusive of wall panels, ground fixtures, assembly/dismantle, pick-up and delivery);
2. Rental of sixteen (16) Cocktail Tables (60 cm., inclusive of white covers, assembly/dismantle, pick-up and delivery);
3. Rental of three (3) Tables (72x180x80cm, inclusive of white covers, assembly/dismantle, pick up and delivery)
4. Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail.
Quotations may be sent to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat on or before 07 June 2018, and must include the following:
1. Name and Profile of the Company;
2. Description of work;
3. Final quotation amount.
Interested companies may schedule a visit with Mr. Bernard F. Bartolome through the address and telephone number indicated below from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, between 08:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.:
