REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

FOR : THE CLEANING OF THE UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE OF THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY'S COMPOUND.

APPROVED BUDGET OF CONTRACT : US$1,200.00 for FY 2018

PLACE: PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, KIRCHENFELDSTRASSE 73-75, 3005 BERNE,  SWITZERLAND

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Business establishment should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions;

2. Cleaning of the underground drainage system of the Philippine Embassy compound.

4. Full payment shall be made upon receipt of official invoice or bill by mail.

5. Provision of MWST or VAT refund

Quotations may be sent to the Embassy c/o BAC Secretariat on or before 29 October 2018, and must include the following:

1. Name and Profile of the Company;

2. Description of work;

3. Final quotation amount.
