For the Philippine Embassy in Berne's office supplies and other materials required for its daily office operations, per attached FY2018 Project Management and Procurement Plan Schedule for supplies and materials;  

Approved Budget of Contract:   CHF$3,000.00/ Php 158,965.06

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1.  Business establishment or depot should be located in Switzerland, preferably in Berne, for easy access and more efficient transactions;

2.  Offers wholesale price;

3.  Offers cheap but good quality office supplies (indicated in the table below);

4.  Offers free door-to-door services;

5.  Offers online shop;

6.  Provision of discounts;

7.  Provision of MWST or VAT refund;

8.  Invoices are received after delivery of item and has payment duration of 30 days;

9.  Payment shall be based on actual transactions/purchase;

10.  The Embassy's Purchase Order Form can be stamped or signed;
