Consular Outreach and Presentation on Philippine Development Updates

In cooperation with the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Ticino, the Philippine Embassy in Berne will be undertaking two activities in Lugano, Ticino: Consular Outreach Services for the Filipino Community and, in conjunction to this activity, a Presentation by the Philippine Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein on Philippine Development Updates.
I. CONSULAR OUTREACH SERVICES
The Consular Outreach Team will be extending the following from 08.00H.
- Passport services – issuance of new and renewal of passports
- Dual Citizenship Petition processing and oath taking; and
- Civil registry on births, marriage and death
To pre-register, applicants are requested to send an e-mail to the Philippine Embassy in Berne at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), with complete name, address, contact number and the consular service needed. The list of requirements for passport application, civil registry for birth, marriage and death and dual citizenship are attached. These can also be downloaded from the Embassy website: https://bernepe.dfa.gov.ph/sample-sites including the application forms.
Only applications with complete documentary requirements will be processed. The application with complete requirements should be submitted through postal mail to the Philippine Embassy in Berne at Kirchenfeldstasse 73-75, CH-3005 Berne (Attn: Passport / Ticino Outreach) by Wednesday, 18 September 2019.
