Philippine Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein, H.E. Denis Yap Lepatan, received the Philippine Delegation to the Federalism Study Visit jointly organized by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and the Institute of Federalism-University of Fribourg on 21 November 2019.

The Delegation was composed of Philippine Governors from the Provinces of Zamboanga Sibugay, Bataan, Eastern Samar, Agusan del Sur, and Davao De Oro, and officials of the League of Provinces. Officials from the Development Academy of the Philippines led by Dr. Alvin Principe along with Congresswoman Maria Fe Abunda, Dr. Nicolas Schmidt, Ms. Yvonne Heiter-Steiner and Mr. Victor Palma from the Institute of Federalism-University of Fribourg also joined the Delegation.
