The Overseas Voting period starts today, 09 April 2016 until 1100H of 09 May 2016. The COMELEC have sent the voting packets to the overseas voters and the official ballots must be returned to the Embassy by mail during the voting period. The mode of voting in Berne is postal. Those who wish to cast their votes in person were encouraged to visit the Embassy from Monday- Friday, 0900H to 1700H.
