H.E. Denis Yap Lepatan presented his Letter of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Letter of Recall of his predecessor to His Serene Highness (HSH) Hereditary Prince Alois von und zu Liechtenstein today at the Vaduz Castle.

Following the presentation of his credentials, Ambassador Lepatan had the opportunity to have a meeting with HSH Hereditary Prince Alois where they discussed the bilateral relations between the Philippines and Liechtenstein, developments in the Philippines particularly in the political and economic fields, as well as key global issues.

 

His Serene Highness Prince Alois is the eldest son of the reigning prince HSH Prince Hans-Adam II. During Liechtenstein’s national day on 15 August 2004, HSH Prince Hans-Adam II entrusted the sovereign powers as head of state to the Hereditary Prince.

 

Prior to the presentation of his credentials, Ambassador Lepatan called on Minister Aurelia Frick, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Justice and Culture, Chief of Protocol Wilfried Hoop, and Office of Foreign Affairs Director Ambassador Martin Frick. END
