Ambassador Denis Yap Lepatan hosted the Asian Ambassdors Grouping (ASPAG) on Wednesday, 13 March 2019 in Berne to discuss the perspectives on the institutional framework agreement negotiations between Switzerland and the European Union with resource persons from think tank foraus, namely: Mr. Markus Herrmann, Co-Head Programme Asia, and Ms. Wailea Zülch and Mr. Cenni Najy, Co-Heads of the Programme Europe.

Participating during the event were Asian Ambassadors in Switzerland, including the Ambassadors from Bhutan, India, Iran, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Viet Nam, and Thailand, and the Deputy Chief of Mission of Indonesia.
